It was my first day to that new school.. the so called branch of central jail

Previously i was studying in a school where everyone would ask .. restrictionsaa apdina?

This new school was my sister's choice... infact her longing.. till today I would wonder what made her long for such hell while she studied in a heaven


First day to a new school .. a new surroundings... new friends.. i was a bit excited the previous night.. I couldn't sleep properly.I woke up very late.. that the day began with a haste nd mrng suprabatham from my mother


Along with all my fears nd school bag I boarded the auto .. in which my cousin travels to the school.. who's  already old to that school..

To  my shock.. my cousin wasn't there inside the auto.. How bad the day is!!! God please help me I thought for myself 

A girl was sitting next to me... I decided to enquirie abt my cousin to her


Me : Akka?( I don't know which standard she      belongs to .... for my safer side I used that word)


She : solluda thambi enna venum.. puthusa schooluku?

(My mind voice.. nalla vela!! akkanu kooptaen...otherwise the very first day I would have earned the enemity of a senior)

Ps : in my pt of view at that age.. addressing a senior by di is equal to earning their enemity


Me: yeah ka...nd akka vicky (my cousin) thriuma?


She : Oh yes! Thriumae.. avanuku enna?


Me : why didn't he board the auto yet!


She : varuvan varuvan... (i was shocked with this answer)..ama unaku epdi avana thrium?


Me : my cousin ka

 She : rendu paerum same ageaa?

Me : yes yes ka( i knodded my head very fastly )


She : Kk.. schoolaa yaravathu senior ethavathu rag pannangana akka paera sollu okayaa?


 Me: ( happy inside that I got a reference who would protect me from ragging) sure ka.. unga name?

 She : Anu da

Me : k ka.. thanx


A few minutes later my cousin boarded the auto

I was happy.. nd relaxed on seeing him

We spoke for a while.. nd i noticed that he addressed that senior with di

I asked him in a husky voice


Me : dei.. that senior was so kind to me.da.. and u r addressing her with di..avanga ethuvum solla matangala?


I didn't even complete my sentence .. he burst into laughter... senioraaa?? .. dei she belongs to our batch.. infact she is  a yr younger to us in age.. he continued laughing 


Everyone in the auto realised shortly.. what happened previously.. nd they started laughing aloud.. even my auto driver

It took minutes for the laughter to settle

I donno what to react.. bcuz i got a very big bulb on very first day.. that too from a girl who is younger than me.. I just laughed infront of them.. cursing me inside 


The next thing she did made traffic police to chase our auto.. nd ruined my first assembly in that school..

My happiness knew no bounds Me : Appa!!!!! Dad: We really don’t want to leave u behind here,bt we hardly have  a choice. Me : Pa!!. bt i hate every single moment being here Dad : This is ur life, and it’s ur choice. Take some time,think then better decide. It’s getting late.Do not worry.. we are just a call away !!! I was still, I could neither stop him nor make my way with him I returned back to the hostel.. what does this mean? We all knew that.. this is gonna be our last meet together.. As time ⏰   is gonna drift us apart to different destinations  Our life journey is similar to that of a train journey 🚆 .. U are the guide of ur own life train..people may board and get down in different stations,only the time of journey differs..but the bitter truth is..it’s u who has to take ur train to ur assigned destination,never minding the person boarded .. remember they have their own trains to drive.. There were mixed emotions overflowing 🤧 ...we had so much to talk still words hesitated to fill the silence..
